Grand Nile Tower team members are adhering to the latest hygiene & cleanliness guidance and protocols, as well as additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and team members alike through implementing our initiative “Safe Stay”.

Safe Stay Initiative

We are committed to safeguarding guests’ safety, health and wellbeing through our “Safe Stay” health and safety initiative, key measures include:

Arrival & Departure

• Maintaining social distancing while checking in and checking out.
• Luggage sanitization.
• Temperature check upon check in.

Public Areas

• Sanitization and disinfection of all high touch surface areas thoroughly and frequently.
• Social distancing signs & sanitizing stations in all public spaces.

Guest Rooms

• Sanitization & disinfection of all guest rooms and corridors.
• Safe Stay room seal.
• Personal hygiene kit with mask and hand sanitizer in all guest rooms.
• Discontinued use of in-room mini-bars and snack offerings in the room.

Meeting, banquet & conference facilities

• Personal hygiene kit with mask and hand sanitizer in all Events & conferences spaces.
• Safe Stay Events space seal.
• Seating are arranged to accommodate social distancing order.
• Personal hygiene kit with mask and hand sanitizer in all guest rooms.
• Discontinued use of in-room mini-bars and snack offerings in the room.

Dining Areas

• Set menus and a la carte menus have replaced open buffet.
• Seating has been arranged to accommodate social distancing order.
• QR code touchless menus will be provided during dining experience.
• Sanitization of all table-tops & chairs.

Team Members

• All team members’ temperatures are checked at the start of each shift.
• Extensive and ongoing training on latest hygiene protocols and “safe stay” initiative.
• Maintaining social distancing.
• Team members are required to wear a face mask & personal protective equipment at all times.

Hotel Leisure Facilities

• Sanitization and disinfection of the Health Club & swimming pools.
• Maintaining social distancing at all times.
